Learn Foreign Languages for Free with iTunes

There are many, many podcasts for learning foreign languages on iTunes. Just launch iTunes, and go to Podcast -> Education -> Language Courses. You can learn Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or Italian (to name some of the most popular) in no time. These are all free - always a winner for me.
It’s really hard for a beginner to learn Chinese without a teacher. I used to ask the similar questions when I began to learn Chinese, and often get cold feet.
