Power Defragmenter is a powerful disk defragmentation tool that works much better than the builtin defrag utility with Windows.  The download is not install, but rather a couple of EXE's.  Just create a folder in Program Files, drop them in there and then setup a shortcut to the program (Power Defragmenter GUI.exe)
